325 Westlake is an adaptive reuse construction project in the heart of South Lake Union. The project consists of 12 lofted modern apartments, utilizing urban contemporary finishes in efficiently designed compact living spaces. Included in these units is a roof top penthouse suite equipped with unique and sweeping views of South Lake Union with a high level of privacy. The existing brick façade portion of the storefront will receive a custom art studio, gallery and workshop buildout.
